All-on-4 replaces a full arch of teeth using just four implants, with a fixed bridge attached on top. The back implants are angled to make the most of your existing bone, which often means no grafting is needed.
It suits patients who have lost most or all teeth in one jaw, or whose remaining teeth can't be saved. Your doctor confirms suitability from your X-ray and, when needed, a CBCT scan before anything is planned.
Before treatment we review your general health and medications, request a CBCT scan when needed, and plan the implant positions digitally. Smokers should stop smoking around the time of surgery if at all possible, for better healing.
Implants are placed in a single surgical session. A fixed temporary bridge is usually fitted within days, so you don't leave without teeth. The final bridge is made after healing, typically 3–4 months later.

Zygomatic implants are longer implants anchored in the cheekbone (zygoma) instead of the jaw. They are used when the upper jaw has lost too much bone for standard implants.
